I am getting excited for Valentines day! It is one of my favorite holidays! Despite all of the halmark-ness that it has become Ive always loved a holiday that encourages crafting and baking!! as evidenced by these past posts, here, here and here and here and here.. yikes, I LOVE to craft! and of course I love to love and celebrate all that mushy good stuff! I'll show you what I've been working on for THIS Valentines day soon! xoxo

have I mentioned before that I am in LOVE with Valentines day? what can I say, I love a holiday that revolves around being all lovey and crafty! you can see what I've done in the past here , here and here. but this year I've been in a cooking frenzy and it is just so easy to make any food valentines themed (just make it into a heart shape!) I made this pizza yesterday for lunch....yummm

and todays breakfast was crepes with nutella and strawberriess (and homemade juice and a giant plate of bacon! cause what guy doesn't love bacon?) Tonight we are going out to dinner at one of my favorite restaurants and I am excited to get all dolled up!... pictures to come soon!

Happy (early) Valentines day!

...well, since, my boy, Ryan, has to work every night for the rest of the week we decided to have our valentines celebration tonight... we both got all dressed up and then had a great night.  We went out to eat at a cute little restaurant called PotPie, then we had dessert at Ryan's reastaurant (where he works, not HIS restaurant)...I'm a sucker for coffee and chocolate cake and I went a little overboard, but, all in all it was a lovely night with a great guy! (if I say so myself!)

apparently I am very fidgety and Ryan is very photogenic...alas, such is life.

currently, we are winding down the night by watching Spinal Tap (pure Romance) and getting cozy on the couch!  Hope your Valentines is as amazing as mine!  xoxo

well, its official, i have cabin fever, ive been antsy and grumpy all week, but someone's looking out for me cause today is G to the OREGEOUS!  so a lovely day like today is deserving of some fun art!  and in honor of the impending day of love ive made some valentine-themed renderings!
